Ronald F. DeMeo, M.D., founder of Radiation Shield Technologies, invented and manufactures Demron, the only fabric that universally blocks ionizing radiation, biological and chemical warfare agents, and heat.

The nano-polymeric material, with 12 U.S. and international patents, is manufactured into suits, blankets, vests and other garments currently deployed worldwide.

Dr. DeMeo, recipient of numerous grants, quoted in several books, scientific journals and news articles, lectures worldwide and works with U.S. Congress, national security, police and fire officials.

Dr. DeMeo has a bachelor’s degree in physics and biochemistry, a medical degree, an MBA, and was an assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine.
